It’s been nearly two months since our penguin family made the transition from Club Penguin classic to Club Penguin Island. I am so proud of the progress we’ve made on the new Island! Not only have we moved and started all over again, but we’ve all been so excited for what the Club Penguin team have in store for us in the future. I think this deserves celebrating, and I’d also love to see as many penguins with their Alumni Jacket as possible to create an awesome line in the Boardwalk. So, without further ado, here’s the details you need to know!
Time: 20th May at 1pm PST
Place: Lighthouse, Beacon Boardwalk
World: Permafrost
Awesome activities for Alumni!
I’ve had a few ideas for activities we could get up to at this meetup. Of course, it’s all themed around sharing our favourite classic memories, and making new ones at these meetups on Club Penguin Island, so I had a handful of ideas of activities we could do which might be similar to how we spent some of our last years on classic CP. :)

- Form an Alumni Jacket line – is it just me who’s excited by number sequences?! On classic CP, some members tried to line up in order of their ages on their alumni jackets. Let’s see if we can do the same on CP Island.
- Tell stories around the campfire – yes, we can toast squid sticks too. Any favourite moments from the old game to share? New memories you’d like to shout from on top of a log? Here’s the place to do it!
- Drink pretend coffee – because being a penguin is tiring work. Just kidding! Penguins LOVED coffee in the original game, so why not drink coffee-which-is-actually-hot-cocoa? ;)

- Tip the iceberg – yeah, you heard me, there’s another iceberg to tip! I wonder if we have enough penguins drilling on one of them at the Boardwalk, will we discover another epic dance party?
- Snowball fight – we might not have the Snow Forts anymore, but who said we couldn’t have a snowball fight between the South Island and the Lifeguard Station on the mainland! I’ve been practising my aim, and I’d say I’m getting pretty good.
I’m so excited to host another meetup with our incredible community. We always have so much fun on the new Island no matter what, so thanks for being awesome, penguins. See you tomorrow!
