An entire day dedicated to these majestic, mythical and magical creatures which have made plenty of appearances in the Club Penguin universe. We’re celebrating the awesomeness of unicorns by getting you to choose your favourite unicorn in Club Penguin. Let’s take a sparkly trip down memory lane, shall we? ✨
Meet the unicorn teams!
Team Unicorn Puffles
Myths say their tears heal wounds, they’ll save you from a fall. Unicorn puffles were first introduced to Club Penguin as a legendary puffle players could only obtain by completing EVERY level of the Puffle Wild match-3 mobile game. That’s quite a challenge! Luckily, member penguins could also adopt one of these fabulous puffles from the new Puffle Wild room opened in 2015.
Glitterpants is by far the most famous and fabulous unicorn puffle… hey, wait a minute! It looks like Glitterpants also knows how to edit blog posts… As one of few puffle popstars, alongside Dubstep Puffle, Glitterpants is very special indeed with his debut single being “Awesome To Be Rare”. Did I mention he farts hearts? Yeah, that’s a thing.
Team Rainbow Unicorn
Another famous unicorn?! No way! This appearance of everyone’s favourite mythical creature happened during the 2015 Inside Out Party. Rainbow Unicorn is most well known for being a star at Dream Productions. Members could collect her costume and also transform into her. Don’t worry – transformations were pretty normal (and somewhat safe) back in those days.
The party’s storyline involved players taking a trip into Rockhopper’s mind to recover his core memories from 5 different worlds inside his head. I really enjoyed this party since it involved both the Club Penguin narrative and the storyline of a Disney movie coming together for an awesome party. Have you seen Inside Out?
Team Unicorn Tube
The most recent appearance of unicorns in the Club Penguin universe is… The Majesteed! A spectacular innovation in tubing technology, taking all of the magic and rainbows of a unicorn and transforming it into a pretty cool buoyant ride. This tube made an appearance as part of the 2018 Rainbow Celebration on Club Penguin Island – being one of the many free gifts for members.
The Majesteed also sports some magnificent lime green sunglasses, a GIANT rainbow tail and little wings too – just in case it ever feels like taking off and flying into the distance. Members can use their Majesteed tube for anything they can imagine. If you can do it with any other tube, you can do it with the Majesteed – just with extra magic.

Team Unicorn Puffle definitely! While I love the majasteed tube “It Awesome To Be Rare” is a really catch song that feels like It’s from a Disney Film. (Hmmm… Club Penguin: The Movie?)
Such a hard choice! I love the Unicorn tube and the Rainbow Unicorn but Glitterpants is pretty amazing. Myths say his tears can heal wounds, he can’t be caught and no he isn’t a narwhal.

I choose the Team Unicorn Tube. Rainbow migration was awesome to be rare, Glitterpants is awesome, but The majesteed is better.

I LOVED reading this blog! Super creative, timely, and fun – yay! If I were just going by the pictures, I’d say Team Rainbow Unicorn wins… that’s an amazing visual. ? But if I’m going by experience, my favorite would of course be The Majesteed! There’s nothing quite like it on the island ?

Hey the Inside Out Party was my first party in the old Club Penguin!
The team I’m on is team Unicorn Puffles! The reason why is because they’re so absolutely ADORABLE. And because I like the name Glitterpants. That’s why I vote for team Unicorn Puffles. Waddle on!
