Hi penguins! Welcome back to Reviewed By You here on The Islanders. This week, we’re going to be chatting about the upcoming zone everyone’s curious about: inside Island Central. Before we get started, we need to recap on our last Reviewed By You about DJ Cadence’s new adventures. All of your storyline ideas sounded super fun, and there were even a few predictions for future chapters of DJ Cadence adventures.
Glaciey shared his idea for a storyline involving a crab causing mischief:
I think the adventures will start off with the penguins helping Cadence plan for a big concert at the Cove with Rory helping us build the concert stage. However, something goes wrong and as we practice the power goes out and no one is sure why. We then get Dot the Disguise Gal to help us investigate. Everyone will believe it to be the work of Herbert when, in reality, the problem is just a crab that snipped the plug at the back of the stage!

This sort of reminds me of when EPF agents pulled out the plug on Herbert’s latest invention during Operation: Tri-umph on classic Club Penguin to save the Island. The jackhammers are almost done…
I’m going to be completely honest, we haven’t heard much about what’s inside the buildings of Island Central. Aside from hearing Rory and his crew jackhammer away, and a few rumours on the Boardwalk that DJ Cadence will open up her recording studio and Dot will have her own clothing shop – I have no idea what’s going to be inside. I hope that the buildings will open in the next update, since I don’t think DJ Cadence can host Team Dance Battle and give adventures at the same time, right?
For this week’s Reviewed By You, I’d like to know – what do you think is inside Island Central’s buildings? Will there be a dance club outside DJ Cadence’s recording studio? Or perhaps a phoning facility for everyday use? Maybe one of the doors could lead to wherever Crate Co shipments come from?

That’s an interesting theory, Cupkake15! I’d personally prefer to explore the Wilderness to find and adopt puffles there. I think it would make the experience of getting a puffle a lot more special.
I expect only one inside of a building being released in 1.10, and that’s a record store, like what you think. I don’t think there will be much at first, aside from it being a place for Cadence to hangout. But later on, I think it’ll be a place to buy records for our igloos! Then the second little building might not have an inside at all. I honestly think that later on, it’ll be a catalog to buy special clothing items! And as for the large building… I think that it will be a town hall or police station of some sort. It’ll just be a fun place to roleplay, but there’s a hidden entrance to a secret HQ somewhere… Great post as always, Dj! Waddle on! :)
The records we’ve seen Cadence with seem to resemble the ones for DJ3K, and use the record design from the igloo music section. Maybe one of the new buildings contains a music maker like DJ3K or Soundstudio. Maybe we could play our musical creations in our igloos!
Now that we can actually access her studio we can see what looks like a music creator on one of the screens. I’m betting on this being the future music creator.
