Mr. Foodtrekker took a dive into the Sea Caves in pursuit of the abandoned Snowtrekker from a sunken ship. He was certain he would get lost if he didn’t ask for directions. Luckily, there was a friendly squid nearby who knew every secret of the Sea Caves…

Mr. Foodtrekker: Greetings, oh wonderful Wise Squid of the Sea Caves. I have come to seek assistance in discovering the ancient Snowtrekker.
Wise Squid: S’up fam. Totes, swim down to the Crab Den – those clicky creatures salvaged a lot of the treasure those clumsy pirates left behind.
Mr. Foodtrekker: Uhh… do you happen to know what actually happened to that old shipwreck?
Wise Squid: Like of course. *pirate voice* 200 years ago, some pirates crashed into a cave. The end.
Mr. Foodtrekker: So insightful. I best be off now… um, cheers fam.
Plunging further into the pits of the Sea Caves, Mr. Foodtrekker swam past the Party Sub, tackled the Crab Den and made a miraculous discovery at the end.

Behold! Carefully guarded by an army of crabs bearing fierce monobrows was a vehicle which was merely only a legend… until now! This was a remarkable find which needed to be handled with care. The crabs swayed from side to side like seaweed, not letting anyone dare swim near their treasure. Mr. Foodtrekker was confused for some time at first, but then remembered that crabs would leave him alone if he used a royal emoji.
One royal emoji later and Mr. Foodtrekker was free to steer the Snowtrekker to the surface, repair its driver door, remove the badge on the front and set it up for business. Before he could sell anything to the penguin public, Mr. Foodtrekker had to come up with an innovative item of food which would change Club Penguin Island forever. He started by casting a line at the Dock and “borrowing” some bread rolls from the Welcome Hut.

Behold… a fish taco!
After much deliberation, Mr. Foodtrekker finally came up with what appeared to be a fish taco. It had lettuce, tomato, fried fish, all enclosed in a bread roll. They were pretty much taco shells given how stale they were. Mr. Foodtrekker was incredibly proud of his Foodtrekker and culinary creation.

The next step for Mr. Foodtrekker was finding some customers for his eating establishment. Luckily, an incredibly hungry Kim Pengdashian came running to his eatery for a snack to munch.
As soon as she took a single bite, Kim immediately fell in love with this magnificent sandwich native to Beacon Boardwalk. In fact, she didn’t hesitate for a moment when she stood atop the Welcome Hut and shouted out her appreciation for it. Before she did so, however, she decided this… thing… deserved a proper name. Out of every animal in the world, Kim adored dogs, therefore she only saw it as logical to name a food with fish in it after a dog.
Ever since Kim’s visit to Mr. Foodtrekker, fishdogs have been famous across Club Penguin Island, being served out of a little trekker in the Boardwalk. Next time you’re paying a visit to the Foodtrekker, perhaps take a moment to think about the incredible history behind it. A story of following your dreams, listening to your heart (or in Kim’s case, stomach) and perseverance to create something amazing.
Until next time, penguins…
