Ever imagined Cadence’s hit, The Party Starts Now, translated through multiple languages on Google Translate and then back to English, sung by a robot? Neither had I, until today! The result is a crazy, but very catchy, song I like to call “The Event Starts Today”.
Sounds like The Party Starts Now has changed since 2012…
The Party Starts Now isn’t the only song Cadence has put her name to. She has also sung with the Penguin Band in the songs: Ghosts Just Wanna Dance; Cool In The Cold; and Puffle Party (Gotta Have A Wingman) on the album “The Party Starts Now!”. Our island’s resident superstar has also provided the vocals to some of her own songs, such as You Got This and Gonna Be Epic, but The Party Starts Now is by far her most iconic song of all time.
The Penguin Band have also done solo songs like Anchors Aweigh and Party in my Iggy.
Cadence is also a character who comes with a lot of history. In this video, we can hear Deanna, who has been with Club Penguin for almost 9 years, talk about how her character took form. In January 2009, the Waddle On Dance-A-Thon introduced DJ Cadence in the mini-game Dance Contest and as a mascot waddling around – she even had a background giveaway!
